Hotel Information

The conference is being held at the Hilton Garden Inn (3201 Sage Road) located in the Galleria area in Houston. You can reserve your room now through one of the options below. The deadline to register at the hotel is September 30, 2010. Room rate is $89 a night with complimentary parking for conference attendees.

Book reservations online at: www.houstongalleriaarea.hgi.com. 
In the top right corner enter the dates of your stay. This will direct you to the reservation page. Enter your room type preferences. Then enter your group code BIOF in the group/convention code box under the special accounts portion of the screen. Click next and the group rate will appear along with the availability of the room type selected.

Transportation

Airport to hotel transportation is via Super Shuttle located in both of Houston's airports. The hotel does not have its own airport shuttle service, but they do provide local van service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. See ya'll in Houston!
